  2. Hi, Tim, I’ve tried a few of your recommendations in the past, including Zinc, Vitamin D (especially in the summertime!), Tribulus Terrestris garnered me epic results back in 2012, and I’ve even touched into DHEA.

    My favorite products have been Tribulus and DHEA, both of which actually helped me with my workouts as well. Zinc, while basic, also helped me garner the results I was looking for.

    Overall, I like your list because each of these recommendations are natural and some of which can be found in many of our whole foods, which is always my favorite way to get the nutrients and minerals I need, such as Zinc.

    The only thing I eat regularly from your list is fresh ginger. I love the taste and pretty much use it in everything I cook.
